okay, I didn't blog yesterday because it was thoroughly embarrassing.
I had 2 pieces of candy, pretty sure I ate three meals, and no exercise whatsoever.
the only good thing was that I got to see 115.4 lbs on the scale in the morning.

exercise:
44:16 minutes
4 miles
approx 620 calories burned

food:
handful of shredded wheat
1/2 bagel + cream cheese

weight:
(morning) 116.0 lbs
(now) 114.6 lbs (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
