1/19/16

Aight. I'm kinda on a blogging strike, but I really love the weight loss journal I've kept on here, so I suppose I'll start again.

I joined the biggest loser with 2 different groups and I weigh 131 pounds. It made me take sad, because this was my weight when I came home from the hospital with my second baby 13 months ago.

BUT! I am determined to progress.

Exercise:

500+ calories

Weight: 130.6

So, already pound down! And I'm eating so much healthier too!
