not sure why I didn't write down what my time/weight for august 21, but I ran 4 miles, and I know it was 37:something- I've been trying to beat my PR everyday...

anyway:
running:
4 miles
36:47 minutes

food:
yougurt
leftover olive garden for lunch and dinner
may or may not be back on my soda addiction........

weight: 122.8 minutes
