today is my 3/4 birthday. and I suck at running.
my schedule said I was suppose to run 14 today.
I started at 3:10 pm
decided to give up around 5:42
only 10 1/3 miles
(that's 2:32 hours)
food:
1/4 quiche
6 bliss dark chocolate bite size
1 mr. goodbar dark
1 diet coke
after running:
2 glasses of apple juice
5 spoons of vanilla ice cream.
I could blame it on only 6 hours of sleep
or the 92 degree heat (yes I ran outside, at flat iron)
or working 8 hours before this.
or my bleeding
or my iron defiency/anemia
but I just feel like a failure period.
I might just finish my 3.3 miles later tonight on the treadmill.
