exercise:
TEN MILES!
120 minutes!!!!!!!

I survived 10 miles through the hill of flat iron mesa! I can't believe it!
afterwards, water tasted great, my shower felt insanely great, food was great, cuddling was great... ahh....

food:
granola bar, crackers, fruit roll up
veggie duo (noodes)
grilled tomato/cheese burger (by Jer C: )
a million stupid toffee bars....... ahhhhhhhhhh

weight:
(too bad I didn't remember to weight myself after my run, before I ate all the crap)
113.6 lbs
